The more than 100 km of ski slopes in the Damüls-Mellau-Faschina ski region in the Bregenzerwald and the Großes Walsertal biosphere reserve are characterized in particular by their famously high snow reliability. Incidentally, this was awarded the title of "snowiest village in the world" in 2007. On average, Mrs. Holle scatters over 9.60 m of white powder in this meteorologically favored area. This is pure skiing pleasure!

Nordic lifestyle in a dreamlike mountain landscape. Our two cross-country ski trails with eleven sunny kilometers of trails are groomed daily and are located at snow-sure 1,500 and 1,700 meters above sea level.

The Damüls snow area offers a perfectly groomed and 20 km extensive winter hiking trail network, which can be supplemented with romantic horse-drawn sleigh rides.

Tobogganing in Damüls

The Uga natural snow toboggan run in Damüls, which is freshly groomed every day, delights young and old alike over a distance of around 2.5 km.
The starting point of the challenging Uga toboggan run is located directly at the Uga Express mountain station, next to the Elsenalpstube mountain inn. The toboggan can be rented in one of the sports stores and conveniently transported in the cable car.

The natural snow toboggan run in Damüls also operates twice a week in the evening with lighting. The popular night tobogganing takes place on Wednesdays and Fridays from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm.
